1. Grant of Rights
The Talent hereby irrevocably grants to the Producer and its successors, licensees, and assigns the perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to:
1.1. Record, use, reproduce, and edit the Talent’s image, voice, likeness, performance, and statements in connection with the film titled [Insert Project Name] (“Project”).
1.2. Use the recorded materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to film, television, streaming platforms, advertising, promotional materials, and social media.
2. Compensation
2.1. The Talent agrees that their participation in the Project is provided in exchange for:

3. Waiver of Rights

4.3. Their performance, likeness, and statements do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
5. Indemnification
The Talent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Producer, its officers, employees, agents, and licensees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of this Agreement or the Talent’s representations and warranties.
6. Confidentiality
The Talent agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information related to the Project without the prior written consent of the Producer.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert state], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [insert city/state].
8. Entire Agreement
