License

1. Overview of Licenses

We offer two types of licenses to meet different user needs:

  • Regular License: Suitable for personal use, small-scale projects, and non-commercial purposes.
  • Extended License: Designed for commercial use, large-scale projects, and resale inclusion with specific conditions.

2. Regular License

Who is it for?
The Regular License is ideal for individuals or organizations using prompts for internal purposes, personal projects, or small-scale use without monetization.

Permitted Uses:

  • Personal or educational projects.
  • Internal business use (e.g., team training, internal presentations).
  • Non-commercial research and experimentation.

Restrictions:

  • No Resale: You cannot sell or distribute the prompt in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
  • No Commercial Use: You cannot use the prompt to generate revenue or in monetized products.
  • Single Use: The license is valid for one project or use case only.

Examples:

  • Using the prompt to generate ideas for a school project.
  • Creating internal company content, such as meeting notes or training material.

3. Extended License

Who is it for?
The Extended License is tailored for professionals, businesses, and creators planning to use prompts for revenue-generating projects or inclusion in products sold to end users.

Permitted Uses:

  • Commercial projects (e.g., marketing materials, ad campaigns).
  • Products for sale (e.g., e-books, templates, software).
  • Reuse across multiple projects or clients.

Additional Permissions:

  • Resale with Conditions: You may include the prompt in a larger product for sale (e.g., a marketing strategy guide or an app) as long as the prompt itself is not the primary value of the product.
  • Mass Distribution: You may distribute projects incorporating the prompt to a large audience.

Restrictions:

  • No Standalone Distribution: The prompt cannot be resold or distributed as a standalone product.
  • No Claim of Ownership: You cannot claim the prompt as your original creation.

Examples:

  • Using the prompt to create blog content that generates ad revenue.
  • Incorporating the prompt into a premium app or software package for sale.
  • Creating multiple client projects using the same prompt.

5. Important Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership of Prompts:
All prompts remain the intellectual property of their original creators. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the prompt according to the terms outlined but does not transfer ownership.

2. Modifications:
You are allowed to modify prompts under both licenses. However, the restrictions on redistribution still apply. For example, a modified prompt under the Regular License cannot be resold, while it can be resold under the Extended License if included as part of a larger product.

3. Enforcement:
Misuse of prompts, including unauthorized resale or redistribution, may result in license revocation and legal action.
